Drop through the opening, then head right along the ledge. Inside, have Griphook head to the lower left side of the room and interact with the vault.
Head to the first Charms lesson area (the right of the two doors available along the outside corridor ahead of the Charms classrooms). Info: To obtain this Red Brick, an ideal grouping of characters is Griphook, Harry and Lucius Malfoy. When all of them have been planted, a Red Brick will appear that you can carry over to the owl on the lower left side of the lower level. Take all three mandrakes up along the bridge to the higher level and plant them in their pots. One is just to the lower right, one is on a high ledge to the left and one is in an enclosed area that you'll have to open by pulling a large lever along the back wall to reveal a small back room. With those equipped, head around the area and find the three shrieking mandrakes. Make your way to the back right corner on the lower level and step into the wardrobe to equip some earmuffs. Next, use Wingardium Leviosa magic to assemble a green bridge leading up to high ground. There, you can use magic blasts on a large plant to send its leaves scattering. Drop down to the area below and head to the lower right corner. You're now on a high ledge with three planter pots. In the next room, head through an opening on the right side. Enter the door along the back left side, which you may have to blast open with your wand.
